The hard-working men and women of the Horween Leather Company in Chicago, Ill., have been supplying the leather for every Super Bowl football since the very first game in 1967.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The company takes pride in the talented UFCW members whose skills can be seen in the high quality of the final product. Despite the leather\u2019s sheen, which can give the appearance of being slippery, the proprietary \u201ctanned in tack\u201d finish actually means the ball gets stickier after being buffed a few times, making it easier to grip.
