UFCW is the union for Giant workers.

UFCW, the union for grocery workers, represents 835,000 grocery store workers at major companies all across the country. We work with the hardworking people at Giant stores to help get them better wages and benefits they deserve — backed by a union contract.

Giant workers have always been essential. At UFCW, we believe grocery workers deserve stable schedules, living wages, and safe workplaces. No matter the Ahold-Delhaize brand – whether it’s Giant, Heirloom Markets, Hannaford, Stop & Shop, Food Lion, Fresh Direct, or Peapod – you deserve these guaranteed benefits and respect at work. Unfortunately, not all Giant stores have union representation.
