Let\u2019s go straight to the source:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The National Labor Relations Boards site states that \u201c<em>The NLRB is an independent federal agency enforcing the <strong><u>National Labor Relations Act<\/u><\/strong>, which guarantees the right of most private sector employees to organize, to engage in group efforts to improve their wages and working conditions, to determine whether to have unions as their bargaining representative, to engage in collective bargaining, and to refrain from any of these activities.
