Lush prides itself on being an ethical company, and there are many things we love about our jobs. But, we also feel like there\u2019s plenty of room to make things better across the board. That\u2019s why we\u2019re organizing our stores, joining our voices together, and negotiating with the company to improve our working conditions.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

We\u2019re already winning strong first contracts at our stores, and through our organizing, we\u2019ve even raised the bar for all Lush employees. After our union began, Lush introduced nationwide raises for US stores in an attempt to slow new organizing \u2014 but all that showed us was how effective we can be when we come together.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
