On Jan. 28, members of UFCW Local 27 who work for First Peoples Community Federal Credit Union in Cumberland, Md., ratified a new contract.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The three-year contract includes significant wage increases, improved benefits, and enhanced 401(k) matching for its hard-working members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

UFCW Local 27 represents members at multiple credit unions across Western Maryland, ensuring that financial service workers have a voice on the job and access to the wages and benefits they deserve. This latest contract victory further strengthens UFCW Local 27\u2019s presence in the region.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
