Local 881 will never ask for any documentation or information regarding immigration status.

Union Dues Transparency<\/strong>
Your Union dues will be $8.45 weekly after you vote and accept your contract. Initiation fees are only for employees that are hired after a contract has been accepted.

Only Tony’s Fresh Market workers VOTE on the contract \u2014 nobody else. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

March 18th, 2025 – Tony\u2019s Workers rally to demand respect, protection, and better pay!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Tony\u2019s workers were joined by elected officials and community members to bring light to the disturbing management practices, including denial of bereavement leaves, use of fear and intimidation to control workers, and bosses playing favorites to determine raises or terminations!<\/strong> Tony\u2019s workers have had enough of the bullying and disrespect from store management. The workers want to be able to negotiate a Union Contract to improve their working conditions!<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
