This executive order undermines those rights for hundreds of thousands of federal workers who have dedicated their careers to serving the American people.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWeakening collective bargaining does not just hurt federal workers\u2014it sets a dangerous and chilling precedent for all workers.
