The G3 Enterprises Closure Division makes closures for the wine, spirits, beer and non-alcoholic beverage industry, including E &amp; J Gallo Winery.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The four-year contract includes the highest wage increases UFCW Local 186D has ever negotiated with this employer and maintains affordable health care for the members. The contract also includes the creation of a department to address seniority issues and the addition of vacation leave policy language.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThis contract reflects the power of the bargaining process,\u201d said UFCW Local 186D President <strong>Dee Chacon<\/strong>. \u201cThe ratified agreement will help secure families\u2019 futures moving forward.
