On July 9, members of UFCW Local 400 who work at the Keurig Dr Pepper facility in Fairmont, W.V., ratified a new contract that strengthens wages and benefits. These members are employed as drivers, warehouse workers, and in other capacities at the facility.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

Key provisions of the three-year contract include:<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

  • Largest pay increases in recent memory.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n
  • Expanded health and welfare benefit options.<\/li>\n<\/div>\n\n
    \n
  • Personal protective equipment and work tools when needed.<\/li>\n<\/div><\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n
