The workers in this unit produce various meat products under brands like Arnold\u2019s Meats, Caroline Sausage, and El Cerdito, as well as private-label products.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-year contract guarantees an immediate wage increase, as well as increases annually for the duration of the agreement. Members also received a ratification bonus. The employer also agreed to increase the 401(k) match, providing members with a stronger foundation for retirement planning and a more secure financial future.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract protects and maintains affordable union health care benefits for our members.
