UFCW OUTreach is a constituency group dedicated to building mutual support between our union\u2019s International, regions, and locals and the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Queer (LGBTQ+) community and their allies. Our goal is to come together to organize for social and economic justice for all, regardless of age, race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, or gender identity. Together, we will ensure full equality for LGBTQ+ workers in their jobs and in their unions.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

United Latinos<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

The United Latinos promote the goals and objectives of the UFCW as it endeavors to ensure the benefits and protections provided by the UFCW within its membership and in Latino communities.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

United Latinos members seek to ensure an inclusive and diverse labor movement and will fight for justice for all, without regard to race, citizenship, immigration status, color, creed, gender and gender identity. We believe in collective liberation for all.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

Women\u2019s Network<\/h3>\n<\/div>\n\n

The UFCW Women\u2019s Network, founded in 1988, works to motivate and encourage women to become active in their local union so they can contribute toward building and strengthening the UFCW.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

More than half of the UFCW\u2019s 1.2 million members are women \u2014 and we are a powerful resource for our union. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n

The active participation of women members in the UFCW enhances our strength at the bargaining table, in organizing campaigns, and in the political arena.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
