Catelli Brothers is a meat manufacturing facility best known for its high quality veal and lamb products, and these members are employed in the production, maintenance and shipping departments, and more.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The three-year contract includes the highest annual across-the-board wage increases ever negotiated with this employer. In addition, all members who are called back into work for an unscheduled shift after already leaving for the day will now receive guaranteed hours at double-time.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Health care benefits were preserved, and through hard bargaining, the employer agreed to lower the deductible, which allows for more money to stay in our members\u2019 pockets.
