In addition to annual wage increases, the contracts maintain industry-leading health insurance and pension benefits, and provide opportunities for career growth and advancement for UFCW members.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThese agreements reflect the strength and unity of Stop &amp; Shop union workers who stood together to secure a contract that addresses their priorities,\u201d said the UFCW New England Council in a joint statement. \u201cThrough collective bargaining, our members improved wage increases and protected their strong health and pension benefits that working families rely on.
