Members of UFCW Local 880 who work at the Terrasana cannabis dispensary in Garfield Heights, Ohio, ratified a first union contract on Jan. 12.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n

The 20 workers, who are employed as clerks and cashiers, joined our union last June<\/a> because they wanted to improve their wages and benefits. The three-year agreement addresses those issues and includes annual pay increases and a grievance procedure.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n
