All members with at least 90 days of service will also receive a ratification bonus. The contract also preserves affordable union health care.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With the new contract, every worker at The Botanist will now receive an additional floating holiday, and senior members with at least five years of continuous service will be eligible for another floating holiday beginning in January 2027. These members will now be able to carry over more earned paid time off than ever before.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The contract includes language for shop stewards and union representatives to host new union member orientations. These short meetings create an opportunity to formally teach new members about UFCW Local 152 and the union difference.
