The 67 new members work as ushers and ticket takers at the sports and entertainment arena and expect to start contract negotiations in the coming months.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cWe asked the company for a wage increase, they didn\u2019t take us seriously, so we came together and formed a union. Now they must take us seriously,\u201d said AMP worker Tim Storti.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">UFCW Local 328 staffers credit their organizing win at AMP to their ability to answer worker questions about the process.
