The chefs are represented by UFCW Locals&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ufcw135.com\/\">135<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/ufcw324.org\/\">324<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufcw770.org\/\">770<\/a>,&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ufcw1167.org\/\">1167<\/a>, and&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/ufcwlocal1442\/\">1442<\/a>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The agreement addresses the workers\u2019 priorities, including higher wages, pension improvements, better health and welfare benefits, faster healthcare eligibility requirements for new hires, and updated job-title classifications.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Red Shell Foods Bargaining Committee said this contract ratification didn\u2019t come easy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cThe company attempted to take away benefits we already had in our contract, and we had to fight to ensure we were respected by the company.
