And as their union, we are here to support them in achieving that goal.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Bayshore workers reached out to organizers in pursuit of better job security, working conditions, wages, benefits, and health and safety, as well as greater respect.
