Every five years, representatives from UFCW Local Unions all across the US and Canada come together at UFCW\u2019s Convention to debate issues, make amendments to the International Constitution, and elect officers.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n<div class=\"tw-max-w-217 tw-m-auto tw-px-6 rich-text contained-block\" data-module=\"paragraph\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Each eligible Local Union sends delegates to speak and vote on behalf of their local\u2019s members.
